AML Consulting Solutions, Inc. ("AMLCSI," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, prospects, and their representatives. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information in connection with our compliance consulting services, communications, and digital platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, business addresses
  • Business information — business name, entity type, license numbers, regulatory details, country of operation
  • Financial information — transaction volumes, account information, and other financial data provided in the context of our compliance services
  • Regulatory information — FinCEN registrations, state licenses, examination histories, suspicious activity reports, and other compliance data
  • Communications — records of emails, messages, and correspondence exchanged in connection with services
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, and interaction data when using our digital platforms

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide compliance consulting and monitoring services
  • Assess compliance needs and develop tailored programs
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings on your behalf
  • Send transactional alerts via email and SMS regarding regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with authorized client contacts
  • Maintain legally required records
  • Improve our services and platforms

3. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during the onboarding process, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from AMLCSI related to your compliance account. Messages may include:

  • Regulatory deadline reminders
  • Filing notifications
  • Document requests
  • Scheduled compliance event reminders

Message frequency varies based on your compliance activity. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Regulatory agencies when required for filings on your behalf (with your authorization)
  • As required by law or legal process
  • With your explicit consent

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, restricted personnel access, secure data transmission, and periodic security audits. Access to client information is limited to AMLCSI personnel who require it to perform contracted services.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of our service agreement plus a minimum of five (5) years, consistent with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) record-keeping requirements. Prospect information for individuals who do not become clients is retained for a maximum of two (2) years and then securely deleted.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our digital platforms may use essential cookies for site functionality (session authentication, language preference). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, although some portal features may not function properly.

8. International Data Transfers

AMLCSI operates from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.

9. Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Update your communication preferences
  • Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@amlcsi.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. AMLCSI does not sell personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, in accordance with applicable data breach notification laws, including State of Florida requirements.

13. Do Not Track

Our platforms do not track users across third-party websites and therefore do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or client portal notification. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
